BOAT CONSTRUCTION

Hull, deck, structural bulkheads and structural members of hull and deck are built in epoxy/vinyl ester resin and hybrid, carbon and glass fibres laminate with high-performance PVC core, using vacuum infusion lamination process

Hull painted in any Awlcraft 3000 available colour, underwater epoxy primer protection and self-polishing antifouling

Hull protected against water ingress with epoxy primer. Self-polishing antifouling on hull, keel and rudders and silicone antifouling applied on the propeller.

KEEL, RUDDERS & STEERING SYSTEM

Tandem keel with hydrodynamically optimised cast iron fins and low-drag lead bulb

2 x Jefa rudders with 2 x Jefa mechanical steering systems
